Replacement

After receiving the order, the customer has 15 days to return the product. You must contact our customer service via email (shop@Karmel.com) before sending the item, so that we can reserve the new item on your behalf. In any case, these orders are subject to prior stock confirmation.

Devolution

If you wish to return a piece, you must do so by post to the following address:

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount corresponding to the returned item will be paid* in the same way you made your purchase, without the shipping cost. Karmel has up to 10 days to return the amount.

* Keep in mind that an allowance made to your credit card will always depend on your bank.

Order dispatch by the logistics operator is subject to the need for contact, via message, telephone or written notice for delivery of the order.
If it is found that the operator made the necessary contact for delivery, but the respective delivery was unsuccessful, it is the customer's responsibility to resume contact with the operator in order to regularize the situation. Returns for the reasons mentioned above are subject to individual analysis in each case.

Karmel reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were purchased.
